Pathetic customer service in Blanchardstown centre
Hi,
This is to highlight the pathetic customer service I experience in Blanchardstown Krispy Kreme on 19th Jan'23. I have been to that location multiple time however, the staff (primarily - McKenzie and Dylan) I spoke on that day were so rude. When I first enter, I even said, Hi! How are you to McKenzie however, didn't have any courtesy to reply back and just said, "what you like to buy?" I reached at around 2130 hrs and by around 2150 hours I bought 36 donuts (3 packs of mixed donuts). After that I asked for the bill for the transaction as I paid through my Company Corporate Credit card for €62.90 and I wanted receipt to expense back that amount from my company. Mckenzie tried doing it from both the till however, said, sorry we can't do anything as I can't generate the bill. I told her that I need the receipt to expense back else I will end up paying from my pocket. Instead of trying to help me, she said, "Sorry, we can't help it and our store is closed now (as it was past 10 pm). I told that please refund my money as I don't want donuts without receipt. Dylan also came and said, sorry, we can't do anything now, our store is closed. I was so upset with such pathetic customer experience after paying €62.90 where staff instead of helping me was just saying again and again that store is closed now. I told that:
- Can you please email me the receipt, "No, we can't do that".
- Can I speak to the manager, "Manager has left and you can come tomorrow if you want to talk to manager." I told that I have job and I can't come then said that you can come on Saturday as manager is doing morning shift before 4 pm.
- Can you take my number and ask manager to call me? She said, "No, you have to come and speak to the manager face to face.
I told her that I live in Ashbourne which is ~50 kms away (up and down), please email me the receipt however, I don't find any intention from her or Dylan to help but just to keep telling me that store is closed now.
Can you please help me and either send me email receipt or give card so that I can buy donuts in future for myself instead of buying from my money for office work.
I would sincerely appreciate your help and would request to give feedback to your staff that they should treat customers with respect instead of being rude.
